Fees:  Registration and Tuition

The registration fee includes the cost of quality home materials (includes shipping and handling) from Kindermusik International and is non-refundable.  Enrollment in a Kindermusik class is for the entire semester.  Full semester tuition is due week one of the semester, payable either in its entirety, or optionally, in equal installments.  1st payment due on or before first class session; please refer to the calendar for other installment due dates.

Non-enrolled siblings

Due to limited class sizes and the goal of one-on-one parent/child interaction, we ask that those enrolled in Village and Our Time classes make arrangements for siblings during weekly class times.  An exception can be made when the sibling is young enough to be content in a car carrier, back or front pack.  Please discuss this with the instructor.  In the Imagine That!and Young Child classes, siblings are welcome when parents come in for the last 10-15 minutes of class.  Feel free to call or e-mail with questions.  If childcare is impossible, the Family Time class might be a better fit for your family.

Make-up Classes

If you miss class due to illness, traveling, etc., you are welcome to make-up class anytime in the semester.  Make-ups are contingent upon availability of space in the classes, so please contact your instructor before attending a make-up class.

Refunds

If, after 4 classes your Kindermusik experience is not working out for you, please talk to me about it.  If we cannot come up with a solution together I will happily refund you or credit you the tuition amount.  The materials fee is non-refundable.

Photo Release

I authorize DevelopMusic to use my image or my child’s image in photography for DevelopMusic newsletters, brochures, videos and on the DevelopMusic website. I understand that we will not be compensated in any way for the use of these photographs and that the names will not be used without additional consents.

Cancelled classes due to instructor illness

A make-up class will be scheduled.

Snow Days

Cancellations due to snow are only if absolutely necessary. If school is cancelled, class will be cancelled.  Otherwise, if you do not hear from me, assume class is still being held.  I will call you only if class is canceled.

Guests

We welcome dads and grandparents to join us anytime!   There will even be a special day when you can also invite outside friends.
